Installing MetaMask:

1. Download the extension: Go to the MetaMask website (https://metamask.io/) and follow the instructions to install the MetaMask extension on your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Brave, etc.).

2. Create an account: Once installed, open MetaMask and follow the prompts to create a new account. Make sure to securely save the recovery phrase provided, as it's crucial for account restoration if needed.

Connecting to a Custom Blockchain Network (Soros Chain):

1. Access network settings: In MetaMask, click on the network icon (top right) and select "Custom RPC".

2. Enter custom network details: Fill in the fields with Soros Chain's network information. Here are typical details to connect to a custom network:

   • Network Name: Soros Chain Testnet (or the name you prefer).

   • New RPC URL: Enter Soros Chain's RPC URL. For example, for a test network, the URL may be provided by the Soros Chain development team.

   • ChainID: This is a unique identifier for the network. For Soros Chain, the specific ChainID may be provided by the blockchain team.

   • Symbol: SOR (the native token symbol on Soros Chain).

   • Block Explorer URL: You can enter Soros Chain's block explorer URL if available.

3. Save and connect: Once you've entered the details, click "Save" or "Connect" to add the custom network to your MetaMask.

4. Connect your account: After saving the configuration, ensure you select the Soros Chain network you added in MetaMask to connect. If using a test network, you can obtain test tokens from that network's faucet to test the connection.

You're now connected to the custom network (Soros Chain) on MetaMask and can start interacting with tokens and applications within that network! Remember, these details may vary based on the specific setup of the Soros Chain network, so ensure you have the correct information provided by the development team or network administrators.
