Q1 2024

Testnet Improvements:

• Implement additional features and optimizations based on community feedback.

• Conduct bug bounty programs to enhance security.

Strategic Partnerships:

• Announce key partnerships with prominent projects and businesses within the blockchain space.

• Collaborate with established DeFi protocols to integrate SOR as collateral.

Public Round & Listing on Uniswap:

• Carry out a round of public capital raising (retail investors) through a decentralized launchpad.

• List SOR on Uniswap v2 paired to Ethereum (ETH).

• List SOR on all cryptocurrency and DeFi platforms (CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, CoinBase, Binance, etc.)

Listing on Tier-1 Exchanges:

• Successfully list SOR on major cryptocurrency exchanges to increase liquidity.

• Launch trading competitions and promotions to incentivize community engagement.

Q2 2024

Mainnet Launch:

• Officially launch SOR mainnet with improved scalability and performance.

• Reward early adopters and node operators with exclusive incentives.

Global Marketing Campaign:

• Launch an extensive global marketing campaign to increase awareness.

• Engage in influencer marketing, AMAs, and community-driven initiatives.

• Release educational content highlighting the benefits of SOR and its ecosystem.

Community Governance Implementation:

Real-World Events and Conferences:

• Sponsor and participate in major blockchain (and non-blockchain) conferences and events globally.

• Showcase SOR technology and network with potential partners and investors.

• Launch a DApp development fund to encourage developers to build on SOR.

Integration with NFT Platforms:

• Enable SOR to be used on multiple blockchain networks.
